A product listing may show several configurations under one model code. Before comparing two scooters, make sure the figures you are comparing belong to the configuration you intend to order.
Keep paired figures together
Our supplied 11C specification lists a 350 W motor for the 36 V configuration and a 500 W motor for the 48 V configuration. The listed top speeds are 30 km/h and 45 km/h respectively. Treat each combination as its own configuration when discussing a quote.
| Configuration | Motor | Listed top speed |
|---|---|---|
| 36 V | 350 W | 30 km/h |
| 48 V | 500 W | 45 km/h |
Read range with its battery option
The same 11C specification lists 22 km for the 8 Ah battery option and 28 km for the 10 Ah option. These are supplied specification figures. Ask about the test conditions and the exact battery configuration before using a range figure in your own product materials.
Compare the rest of the product
Record tire type, brakes, suspension, product size, net weight, gross weight and packaging dimensions alongside the motor and battery. These details help you build a more complete comparison for your sales and logistics teams.
Keep missing information visible
If a field is absent or a unit is unclear, mark it for confirmation. Do not fill a gap by copying a specification from a visually similar model. Ask for the final specification sheet for the quoted configuration.
Confirm the version you will receive
Keep the model code, voltage, motor, battery capacity and agreed options together in the sample and order documents. Ask which documentation applies to that exact model and configuration in your target market.
Use one row per configuration. Add a separate “to confirm” column for unanswered questions, instead of mixing confirmed and assumed figures.
Product figures in this article come from the manufacturer-supplied 11C specification. They are configuration-specific figures, not a guarantee for every riding condition.
